1. Promoter’s name and address

• The competition is run and prize provided by The Montagu Arms, Ruffingtons and Lighthouse Brand Marketing Ltd t/a Dogstival.

2. About the competition & general terms

• The competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• This cannot be combined with any other offers.
• No purchase is necessary.
• To enter you MUST follow Dogstival, Ruffingtons, The Montagu Arms Hotel, and leave a comment to enter.
• Employees of The Montagu Arms, Ruffingtons and Dogstival and their relatives may not enter this competition.
• The competition is open from 3pm Mon 20^th April and closes at 3pm on Mon 27^th April at 3pm.

The Prize

• Prize will be to WIN a 1-night stay for 2 people bed and breakfast at The Montagu Arms Hotel in a courtyard room. (Max 2 dogs per stay) Dinner for 2 at Monty’s Inn and A La Bark Dog’s dinner for up to 2 dogs. Please note the room is subject to availability so you may not be able to use the room and tickets on the same weekend.
• The prize for the hotel stay will be issued in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for any dates excluding Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, and New Year.  Stay is subject to room availability.
• AND 2 weekend tickets to Dogstival on the 30^th and 31^st May at Burley Park. The e-tickets will be issued by email. The stay and tickets can be used on separate dates.
• AND a luxury gift hamper from Ruffingtons worth £50 to be posted direct to the winner.

3. Selection and notification of the winner

A winner will be selected at random by The Montagu Arms after the closing date stated and the winner will be contacted to arrange the details of this prize via DM.

The decision of the Promoter is final, and no discussion will be entered into. By entering you acknowledge and agree that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.

4. Data protection

Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent when submitting their competition entry.
