Do you offer a disabled Ticket?

Yes we do. Our disabled ticket comes with a free carer ticket. Please bring proof of disability on the day to show our gate staff. Any of the following are accepted; a photocopy of your blue badge, or a letter from PIP of the DLA.

Do you sell VIP tickets?

No we don't sell VIP tickets sorry. We don't like the idea of VIP tickets as ALL the dogs who come to Dogstival are VIP's for the day! We also don't like the idea of someone being able to buy a better experience at our event. Everyone who comes to Dogstival can access everything on offer! We do gift a few VIP lanyards to a small number of influencers who work for us on social media but this does not give them access to anything that the general public does not have!

Things to know about bringing my dog

Dogstival is all about having a fun day out with your dog so please do bring them along. Please note dogs must be kept on the lead unless in a specified area or participating in one of the have-a-go activities.

Dogs should be covered by current vaccinations. If your dog is in season it is not a good idea to attend or if your dog is not well socialised, or can be boisterous around other dogs please consider if this the right event for you.

For more details please refer to our animal welfare guidelines.

Will there be First Aid and a vet onsite?

Of course! The well being and safety of humans and dogs is incredibly important to us, so as well as the usual human medical services provided by South Coast medics we will have vets on hand also. There will also be a registered vet Vets 4 Pets Totton and an Animal Ambulance provided by Animals at Home South Hants. Authorised by the Animals Health and Veterinary Laboratories Agency (part of DEFRA) as required by European Law to transport animals in safety and comfort.

Is there a cash machine onsite

Most retailers will be taking card payments but we also recommend bringing cash with you on the day. There are various cash points also in Romsey which is a short ten mins stroll away

Is there camping?

Sadly we have no camping on-site for our new venue of Broadlands Park but there are plenty of campsites nearby

Can dogs be let off the lead?

Dogs must be on the lead throughout the event site for everyone's safety and enjoyment. In busy areas, we would recommend dogs to be on short leads rather than extendable ones.

What can my dog join in with?

Take a look at our “Get your paws” involved page for all the details on all the interactive activities that your dog can enjoy over the weekend including the K9 Aquasports pool, flyball, distraction alley, gun dog village, agility, fun dog show and much more!

Main arena schedules may be subject to change

The management reseveres the right to make changes to the line up and event content if and when matters arise
